The Enair-Charge is an energy conversion system that converts the vehicle wind from cars, vehicle trailers, trains, and airplanes into electrical energy. During operation, the Enair-Charge is mounted on the vehicle and converts the kinetic energy of the vehicle wind into electrical energy while driving. The setup consists of a rotor and two wind deflectors that widen away from the rotor. The first deflector “catches” the wind, increases its speed, and guides it to the rotor. The second deflector directs the wind to the rear of the vehicle, thereby enhancing vehicle stability. The Enair-Charge is available both as a permanently installed unit and as a kit for flexible mounting on or to a vehicle.
The generated electricity can be directly used to charge the vehicle’s batteries. Thus, vehicles equipped with the Enair-Charge require significantly smaller batteries. Additionally, the vehicle weight, manufacturing costs, and fuel consumption are drastically reduced. Our Enair-Charge also contributes to improving the aerodynamics and driving characteristics of the vehicle, significantly enhancing vehicle performance. Vehicle stability is increased by the higher pressure on the vehicle’s rear, especially on curved sections of the road.
